Design work begins only after full payment has been confirmed and all required information has been received.
Incomplete instructions or changes to the original requirements may result in additional charges or extended turnaround times.

Customers are responsible for reviewing design proofs, providing clear feedback, and responding to requests for additional information.
Projects awaiting customer feedback for more than 7 calendar days may be placed on hold.
Projects remaining inactive for 30 calendar days may be archived.

Custom Design & Branding Projects

One Unique Design: A single approved artwork layout.
Multiple Designs: Different layouts or concepts may be charged separately.
Artwork Adaptations: Resizing or adapting an existing design to another format may require an additional fee.

Payment for a graphic design service does not automatically include ownership of editable source files or third-party licensed materials.

The cost depends on the condition of your existing files and the complexity of the requested modifications.
12. Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. A digital proof will be provided for your review and approval before printing.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, names, phone numbers, addresses, dimensions, and design details before approving the final artwork.
13. What happens if I discover an error after approving my design?
Once the final artwork has been approved, additional corrections may incur extra charges.
If printing or production has already started, corrections may require a new production order.
BPRINTING.SHOP® is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including incorrect spelling, contact information, or other details that were visible in the approved proof.
14. Will I receive the editable source files?
Editable source files, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other native design files, are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon in writing.
Final artwork deliverables depend on the selected service.
15. Can I request a completely different design after seeing the first concept?
Yes. However, requesting an entirely new design direction or concept may fall outside the original project scope.
Additional design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the new requirements.
16. Do I need to pay before design work begins?

Orders will not enter the design process until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Once the design process has started, design fees are nonrefundable.

Yes. Changes requested after final approval are considered additional design work and may incur extra charges.
If the artwork has already entered printing or production, a new order may be required.
