Design Dimensions: Provide the required size, orientation, and specifications.
Final Content: Submit all text, contact details, and other information exactly as it should appear.
Logos & Images: Upload your existing artwork and high-resolution images whenever available.

Design work begins only after full payment has been confirmed and all required information has been received.
Incomplete instructions or changes to the original requirements may result in additional charges or extended turnaround times.
Timely customer communication is essential to maintaining an efficient design process.
Customers are responsible for reviewing design proofs, providing clear feedback, and responding to requests for additional information.
Projects awaiting customer feedback for more than 7 calendar days may be placed on hold.
Projects remaining inactive for 30 calendar days may be archived.
Reactivating an archived project may require an additional fee, depending on the work needed.
Delays caused by incomplete information or unanswered communications may affect the original estimated completion date.
Please Note: Project inactivity does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Any cancellation or refund request remains subject to the applicable service terms.

Custom Design & Branding Projects
Logo development, complete brand identity packages, catalogs, multi-page publications, and specialized creative projects require an individual quotation.
The number of concepts, revisions, deliverables, and estimated turnaround time will be established before work begins.
Graphic design turnaround times vary depending on project complexity, current workload, and the scope of services requested.
Design turnaround begins only after full payment has been confirmed and all required artwork, content, and instructions have been received.
Estimated completion dates are provided on a project-by-project basis and are not guaranteed. Revision requests, additional changes, or delays in customer feedback may extend the original timeline.
Please Note: Graphic design turnaround time does not include printing or production time. Printing schedules begin separately after final artwork approval and order confirmation.
At BPRINTING.SHOP®, we prioritize quality, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure every design meets our professional standards.
Need your artwork sooner? BPRINTING.SHOP® may offer expedited graphic design services depending on project complexity and current workload.
Rush requests are subject to the following conditions:
Rush service must be requested and approved before work begins.
Additional rush fees may apply.
Full payment and complete design information must be received before scheduling.
Rush turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Additional revisions or changes to the original scope may affect the estimated completion date.
Important: Rush graphic design services do not include expedited printing or production unless separately arranged.
Graphic design fees are determined by the number of unique designs, artwork complexity, and the scope of services requested—not simply by the quantity of printed products.
For example, ordering 500 identical business cards generally requires one design rather than 500 separate design fees.
However, orders containing multiple unique layouts, different customer information, alternate versions, or substantial design variations may require additional design charges.
One Unique Design: A single approved artwork layout.
Multiple Designs: Different layouts or concepts may be charged separately.
Artwork Adaptations: Resizing or adapting an existing design to another format may require an additional fee.
Design Variations: Changes involving different names, contact details, images, or content may be subject to additional charges.
Please Note: Multiple products using the same approved artwork may qualify for a single design fee when no additional design work is required. Final charges depend on the project requirements.
Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to use all submitted logos, photographs, illustrations, fonts, and other creative materials.
BPRINTING.SHOP® may use appropriately licensed creative resources when necessary for a design project.
Third-party fonts, stock images, and licensed graphics remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
Unused design concepts, preliminary drafts, and working files are not included in final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
Payment for a graphic design service does not automatically include ownership of editable source files or third-party licensed materials.
Rights to use or own custom-created final artwork will be determined by the written terms of the purchased service or approved quotation.
Customers seeking exclusive ownership, copyright assignment, or additional commercial licensing should discuss these requirements before work begins.
Final artwork is prepared according to the requirements of the purchased service and its intended application.
Depending on the project, completed designs may be delivered in formats such as PDF, JPG, or PNG.
Print-Ready Files: Artwork prepared according to applicable printing specifications.
Digital Files: Optimized graphics for approved digital applications.
High-Resolution Artwork: Files prepared at an appropriate resolution for their intended use.
Editable Source Files: Native design files, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW formats, are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon in writing.
File formats, dimensions, and deliverables must be confirmed before the project begins.
Important: Print-ready files are not necessarily editable. Requests for additional file formats, alternate sizes, or modifications after final delivery may incur additional charges.
1. What is included in the Graphic Design Service?
Our professional graphic design services include custom artwork creation, layout development, typography, color selection, and print-ready file preparation. Services are tailored to your project requirements and the scope of the purchased design package.
2. How many rounds of revisions are included?
Our standard graphic design service includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Each round allows reasonable adjustments to the original design, such as changes to colors, text, images, or layout.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
3. What is considered a revision?
A revision is a modification to an existing design concept. Minor adjustments to text, colors, images, and layout are generally considered revisions.
Major redesigns, entirely new concepts, or significant changes to the original instructions are not considered standard revisions and may require an additional design fee.
4. How long does the graphic design process take?
Design turnaround times vary depending on project complexity, current workload, and the scope of services requested.
Estimated completion dates are provided on a project-by-project basis and are not guaranteed.
5. When does my design turnaround time begin?
Design turnaround begins only after full payment has been confirmed and all required content, artwork, and instructions have been received.
Incomplete information, additional requests, or delays in customer communication may affect the estimated completion date.
6. Do revisions affect the turnaround time?
Yes. Each round of revisions requires additional review and design time. Revision requests, major changes, or delays in customer feedback may extend the original estimated completion date.
7. Does the design turnaround time include printing?
No. Graphic design and printing have separate turnaround times.
Printing and production timelines begin after final artwork approval, order confirmation, and any applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.
8. What information do I need to provide before design work begins?
Customers should provide all necessary information, including:
Final text and contact information
Logos and high-resolution images
Preferred colors and design references
Required dimensions and specifications
Clear design instructions
Providing complete and accurate information helps prevent unnecessary revisions and delays.
9. Is the graphic design fee included in the printing price?
No. Graphic design fees are separate from printing and production costs, unless otherwise specified in your order or quotation.
Printing, materials, special finishes, and installation services are quoted separately when applicable.
10. Can I hire a graphic designer without ordering printing services?
Yes! BPRINTING.SHOP® offers design-only services. You may hire our designers to create professional artwork without purchasing printing services.
Final file formats and deliverables depend on the agreed scope of work.
11. Can you edit or improve my existing artwork?
Absolutely! We can assist with artwork resizing, layout adjustments, text corrections, image placement, and print-ready file preparation.
The cost depends on the condition of your existing files and the complexity of the requested modifications.
12. Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. A digital proof will be provided for your review and approval before printing.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, names, phone numbers, addresses, dimensions, and design details before approving the final artwork.
13. What happens if I discover an error after approving my design?
Once the final artwork has been approved, additional corrections may incur extra charges.
If printing or production has already started, corrections may require a new production order.
BPRINTING.SHOP® is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including incorrect spelling, contact information, or other details that were visible in the approved proof.
14. Will I receive the editable source files?
Editable source files, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other native design files, are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon in writing.
Final artwork deliverables depend on the selected service.
15. Can I request a completely different design after seeing the first concept?
Yes. However, requesting an entirely new design direction or concept may fall outside the original project scope.
Additional design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the new requirements.
16. Do I need to pay before design work begins?
Yes. Full payment is required before graphic design work begins.
Orders will not enter the design process until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
17. Can I cancel my graphic design order or request a refund?
Cancellation requests must be submitted before design work begins.
Once the design process has started, design fees are nonrefundable.
Any cancellation or refund request submitted before work begins will be reviewed according to the applicable order terms.
18. Can I make changes after my design has been finalized?
Yes. Changes requested after final approval are considered additional design work and may incur extra charges.
If the artwork has already entered printing or production, a new order may be required.
19. Do you offer custom logo design and branding services?
Yes! We offer custom logo design, brand identity development, and other creative branding solutions.
These services may require a separate quotation, as the number of concepts, revisions, deliverables, and project requirements can differ from standard graphic design services.
20. Can BPRINTING.SHOP® print my design once it is completed?
Absolutely! We offer professional printing and signage solutions, including business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, stickers, labels, apparel, and large-format graphics.
Once your design is approved, our team can assist with selecting the appropriate printing options for your project.
